Wooden Fence Stain Color

Again, WRHA is reminding homeowners that they are solely responsible for the repair and upkeep of the wooden fences, and is encouraging all members to inspect their wooden fences and perform the necessary repairs before they become costly. Roof Material/Color Restrictions

Our neighbourhood is celebrating it's 20th anniversary, and which means many roofs have reached or will be exceeding their lifespan and thus requiring replacement.

While WRHA has no restrictions in place relating to the roofing product or colour that is allowed, we request that you use a colour and product that would compliment the existing palette of the community.

Black Knot

Black knot continues to be an issue in our community as well as across the City. The City is now focusing their efforts on a specific area of the city each season.
This season the City will concentrate on the NW quadrant with the SE quadrant of the city being targeted in the 2021/2022 fall/winter season.

Click here for more information on how you can eliminate black knot on your property.
